The Lancaster chapter is moving to the coast for a special one-off proving ground. Expect high energy physical conditioning, striking and wrestling on the sand as we push our limits shoulder-to-shoulder. The beach adds brutal resistance to every drill and forces you to dig deeper. After the sweat settles, we gather by the water for a circle of brotherhood, shared reflection and non-denominational prayer to ground us.
