This isn’t just a support group. It’s a growth factory. We don’t just sit and talk. We get on the mat, we sweat and we demand more from ourselves and each other. By holding each other accountable, our mission is clear: rebuilding disciplined men, re-establishing communities and stabilising families.

No Man Left Inside Founder
Since experiencing the community, No Man Left Inside for the first time in person only last month. The positive impact it has had on my mental health, motivation levels and all round well being is truly astounding.
I am absolutely humbled and honoured to have been asked to be an ambassador for this incredible movement. I know how many lives we can and will change. Whatever your reason. Whether you are lonely, want to improve your physical fitness, need structure to implement discipline, longing for brotherhood and connection. This will help in more ways than you can imagine. We will not stop until no man is left inside.
It is absolutely exceptional. In an age where a generation of men feel lost or are told it’s wrong to be a man, it’s amazing to witness so many success stories in just a few short months. Every man who shows up for his first session returns and becomes an active participant. The pull of this community is strong because we all fight for each other, with men of all ages and abilities standing shoulder to shoulder.
As a man of Faith, it is also great to help dispel dated stereotypes that block access to hope and salvation. We never force our beliefs on anyone, we have a range of blokes from atheists to staunch Christians, who all love and support each other
To anyone in need of support, or anyone looking to give something back. Come and join us! It’s a truly special space where complete strangers stand side by side and have each other’s backs.
I genuinely love being part of it. Meeting new lads, having a laugh and building something meaningful. I hope to inspire and support as many people as I can along the way.

Healthier Heroes CIC
Healthier Heroes is dedicated to overcoming social isolation, tackling homelessness and improving the mental health of the veteran community. They run welcoming community hubs, supported living houses and prison outreach programs across the North West.
Their mission perfectly mirrors our core philosophy. They understand the critical need to get men out of isolation and back into a supportive environment. By working together we can ensure that veterans and local men alike have a safe place to land, talk and rebuild their lives.
Hike for Heroes
Run by the team at Healthier Heroes, this initiative challenges people to take on sponsored walks with no set distance or minimum fundraising target. It is all about getting outside, pushing your limits and raising vital funds to support veterans.
We believe men are wired for the outdoors and physical exertion. Hike for Heroes uses that exact same friction to do good. It gets people out of the house, moving in the elements and directly funding the services that keep men off the streets and out of the dark.
David Hassall Consultancy
David runs a consultancy providing practical business support, digital guidance and mentorship. He works directly with men in our network who have the drive to start their own business or scale up an existing one.
We believe in building men up in every single area of their lives. David takes the grit and discipline forged in our training and helps guys apply it to their livelihoods. By giving men the tools to build their own enterprises, he helps them create financial independence, solid purpose and lasting stability for their families.
