Howdens Lancaster Backs No Man Left Inside With Generous Donation

We want to extend an enormous thank you to the team at Howdens Lancaster for their incredibly generous donation of £250 to No Man Left Inside. This contribution comes at a fantastic time and goes a very long way in our ongoing mission to improve men’s mental health and fight the daily isolation that many guys face.

Howdens is a household name across the country but their local depots remain deeply rooted in the communities they serve. When a major local supplier steps up to back a grassroots movement it sends a powerful message that the community cares about its men. This £250 donation will be put to immediate use to fund our weekly gatherings and ensure we can continue providing vital men’s mental health support UK wide without any financial barriers for those who join us.

Hearing From Howdens And NMLI
The team at the Lancaster depot recognized the importance of creating spaces where men can open up and support one another.

The Team at Howdens Lancaster:
“We see hundreds of tradesmen and local residents come through our doors every week. We know how demanding life can be and we understand the importance of having a strong network to lean on. No Man Left Inside is doing incredible work right here in our community and we are proud to offer this donation to help them continue delivering essential men’s mental health support UK wide.”

Our founder James Kelly highlighted just how much these donations mean to the sustainability of the charity.

James Kelly, Founder of NMLI:
“Receiving this backing from Howdens Lancaster is absolutely brilliant. A donation of £250 goes a long way for a group like ours. It allows us to keep our meetups at Williamson Park going, helps us fund our outdoor activities and ensures we can keep the digital campfire active for the lads every single day. We are deeply grateful to the Lancaster team for standing in our corner and helping us strengthen our men’s mental health support UK network.”
