
Our main sessions at Williamson Park are where the core of No Man Left Inside comes together. It is a space to get away from the screens, step outdoors and put some honest work in. These meetups are simply about moving your body, clearing your head and building a supportive community based on mutual respect.
What To Expect On The Grass
- Physical Training – We use basic striking and wrestling to release built up tension and stay fit. You do not need any previous experience to join us. Our coaches make sure every drill is adapted to suit your own pace whether you are trying it for the first time or you have trained for years.
- Zero Ego – The focus is entirely on helping each other out. We just want to get moving, share the effort and encourage everyone to do their best.
- Genuine Connection – Doing physical work alongside other men makes it much easier to talk. Once you have held pads and trained together the social barriers drop naturally and real conversations can happen without any pressure.
- Spiritual Grounding – We finish every session by standing together for a moment of quiet reflection and a lead non denominational prayer. It is a calm window to catch your breath, find some peace and stand shoulder to shoulder before heading back into the week.

We meet up at Williamson Park ready to train and catch up. Bring some water, wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dirty and come with an open mind.
