River Dip (Lancaster)

Between our main heavy sessions up at Williamson Park we need to keep the momentum going and the community strong. We are heading down to the River Lune for a group cold water dip to reset the mind, challenge the body and keep the brotherhood closely connected. This is not about combat or pushing yourself to breaking point. This is a chance to step out of your comfort zone, catch up with the lads and support each other through a shared challenge.

The Benefits Of The Cold

What To Expect
We will meet up at Woodies car park before heading down to the water together. We will get our breathing right and walk into the river as a group. There is absolutely no pressure or ego here. Whether you stay in for ten seconds or ten minutes you are part of the team and you will be cheered on.

Bring a thick towel and plenty of warm dry layers for afterwards. Step out of the daily routine, shake off the modern isolation and come down to the river with us.
